You may use these themes for any private blog or website. The use of the headers is alright as well. The images used to create the headers are all my original photography and I am happy for you to use them as long as you don’t sell the images or share them with anyone else. I guess its the usual terms and conditions that generally apply to free templates. You may edit the footer if you have donated a minimum of 10$ to my design fund.
